Mr. Grimes has over 30 years of experience in virtually all aspects of the construction business ranging from on-site work to office based estimating, project management, and business development. As President of Grimes Hominuk Builders Inc. he is responsible for the complete delivery of client’s requirements including design consultation, consultant recommendations, budget direction and procurement, estimating and contract review, schedule determination, project management, and final commissioning. He adds value to client’s requests and needs with his knowledge and experience.
